Who we are

Catalyst Sports Ventures (“Catalyst,” “we,” “us”) operates catalystsports.co. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@catalystsports.co.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organization, the topic you select, and your message. If you email us, we receive what you send.

Analytics. With your consent where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, the site that referred you, and interactions such as button clicks and how much of the homepage film was watched.

Newsletter. The Next Move is published on LinkedIn. Subscribing happens on LinkedIn and is governed by LinkedIn’s privacy policy.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and route it to the right part of Catalyst; to understand and improve the site; to protect the site against spam and misuse; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site and our operations on our behalf: Netlify (hosting and form processing), Google (analytics), and Slack (internal notification of new inquiries). Each processes information only to provide its service to us.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics uses cookies. Where consent is required, analytics cookies are only set after you accept. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the site footer, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and analytics data for the retention period set in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@catalystsports.co.

International visitors

Catalyst is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
